FAQs
Do you offer emergency services?
We offer damage stabilization when conditions are active — such as temporary leak control or storm-related exposure — to prevent further damage.
Our primary focus, however, is permanent exterior repair. Once conditions are stabilized, we diagnose the failure point and rebuild the exterior system correctly so the issue does not return.
Do you handle interior restoration?
Yes — limited interior restoration is available when interior damage is directly caused by exterior failure. This typically includes insulation replacement, drywall repair, priming, and painting.
We do not perform full interior remodeling or cosmetic upgrades. Our goal is to restore affected areas to pre-loss condition once the exterior system has been properly repaired.
Why do leaks keep coming back?
Most recurring leaks are not surface problems. They are caused by failed exterior transitions — such as improper flashing, deteriorated siding, roof-to-wall intersections, chimneys, or dormers.
Temporary fixes may stop the symptom briefly, but the underlying system failure remains. We focus on identifying and rebuilding the failure zone so the problem is corrected permanently.
Do you work with insurance companies?
We prepare clear documentation, including photos, moisture readings, and detailed repair scopes, to support homeowners and insurance professionals during the claims process.
Our role is to repair the home correctly, not to act as an insurance representative. Permanent repair often simplifies claims and reduces the likelihood of repeat damage.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Western Connecticut - Litchfield County, Fairfield County, New Haven County and nearby areas.
If you’re unsure whether your location is within our service area, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to confirm.
