Our Process - Fix it Once, Fix it Correctly
When property damage occurs, clarity and control matter. Our process is designed to stabilize the situation quickly, prevent further loss, and guide homeowners through the next steps with transparency and professionalism.
(1) Inspect & Diagnose
Identify the true exterior failure point.
We begin with a focused inspection to determine how and where damage originated. This includes evaluating roofing, flashing, siding, penetrations, windows, and other exterior components that may have allowed water or weather intrusion. By identifying the actual failure point—not just the visible interior damage—we establish a clear, defensible scope of work and avoid temporary or cosmetic fixes.
(2) Stabilize if Needed
Prevent further damage when conditions are active.
If active water intrusion or unsafe conditions are present, we implement temporary stabilization measures to protect the property. This may include emergency tarping, temporary sealing, diversion of water, or interior protection. Stabilization is performed only when necessary and is documented to ensure transparency and continuity through the repair process.
(3) Rebuild the Failure Zone
Correct the exterior system that allowed damage.
Once conditions are controlled, we address the exterior failure directly. This may involve repairing or replacing roofing systems, flashing details, siding assemblies, or other envelope components. Our focus is restoring the integrity of the exterior system so the structure is properly protected before interior work proceeds.
(4) Restore the Damage
Repair affected interior areas once the envelope is secure.
After the exterior is corrected, we restore interior areas impacted by the damage. This may include insulation, drywall, trim, paint, or finishes as required. By sequencing interior restoration last, we ensure repairs are durable, complete, and not compromised by unresolved exterior issues.
